Online Prenatal classes
Come learn with us to prepare yourself for the arrival of your little one. Our course will give you non biased up-to-date information to allow you to feel capable of making decisions that feel right for you and your baby. You will have an understanding of what is happening in your body, tricks on how to navigate the intensity of labor & all the options you have along the way.

In-person Group classes
If you prefer the in person approach, we can organize group classes to cover all the same material as the online classes.

We can custom create the class material to fit your needs and narrow in on any specific information you are seeking.

Baby massage course
